PANEL DISCUSSION | Marco Livingstone, Farquhar Laing, Sam Ogilvie, Michael Trier, Roger Bevan
Source and Stimulus: Polke, Lichtenstein, Laing, an exhibition at Lévy Gorvy’s London gallery devoted to the Ben-Day dot, was extended through 28 April by popular demand. Featuring exceptional works by the legendary trio of artists Sigmar Polke, Roy Lichtenstein and Gerald Laing, this was the first exhibition to connect them on the basis of their manipulation of the dot, transforming imagery from the commercial sphere into fine art.
To celebrate the finale of this unprecedented presentation, we hosted an evening of discussion with Marco Livingstone, Farquhar Laing, Sam Ogilvie and Michael Trier, moderated by Roger Bevan.
