Produced in honor of our exhibition Un art autre, this beautifully illustrated catalogue includes a specially commissioned essay by Elizabeth Buhe, and a chronology written by Matthew Holman. These texts are complemented by the poetry of Frank O’Hara, James Schuyler, and John Ashbery, as well as reproductions of fascinating archival images and documents, providing greater insight into the period and place where Un art autre began.
