VIDEO | Pat Steir's "For Hong Kong" series

At Art Basel Hong Kong 2018, Lévy Gorvy will present a group of paintings by internationally celebrated artist Pat Steir. The four works from her new series, “For Hong Kong” (2017–2018), were created in homage to the artistic and literary heritage of East Asian cultures.
Enjoy a conversation between Steir and Mike Hearn, Douglas Dillon Chairman at the Metropolitan Museum of Art, a leading expert on the history of Chinese art. Hearn joined The Met in 1971 to help oversee the expansion of the Chinese art collection and the addition of new exhibition spaces. Since 2011 he has served as department chair.
